It’s that time of the year again!! Halloween is almost upon us and when I tell you that I love Halloween, I mean I really, really, REALLY love Halloween! Taking pictures at The Rutland Pumpkin Patch is one of my favourite traditions and this will now be the third (?!) maybe fourth time I have done it! *Edit – it is definitely the fourth.
As much as I love the horror of Halloween I don’t love the horrors that are going on around the world at the moment and for that reason, Elsie and I have decided to fundraise for CHOOSE LOVE this month in as many Halloween themed ways that we can. Choose Love does whatever it takes to help refugees and displaced people with everything from lifesaving search and rescue to food and legal advice. And we all know there are more displaced people than ever right now. I will be donating £10 from every pumpkin patch shoot this year to the cause.
Every year I spend some time at my local patch doing mini shoots with willing families and this year is no different. I would absolutely love for lots of you to join me and help support this amazing charity at the same time. You don’t have to have little ones to do so either, everyone is welcome and I would really like to photograph some couples there this year. I will be at the patch on the morning of the 26th October and all day on the 27th.
I’m not increasing my prices this year, like last year I will be charging £100 for half an hour it will just include 8 photos this time instead of 15 and £10 of it will go to CHOOSE LOVE. There are 4 slots up for grabs on the 26th and 8 on the 27th. I’m not precious so even if it’s raining I will be there but I do understand if you’d rather not. With that in mind the fee you pay is non refundable but can be put against a future shoot if you need to cancel. By booking you agree to these terms.
